Trey Canard Injury Up-date 2017
MURRIETA, Calif. - Red Bull KTM Stock Racing’s Trey Canard suffered a crash during practice at the opening round of the AMA Supercross Championship on Saturday, resulting in a shoulder injury that forced him to sit out from the evening's Main Event.
After further evaluation, the doctors have confirmed that Canard has sustained a minor rotator cuff tear and will miss Round two this Saturday in San Diego.
“The good news is that the tear can be minor and doesn’t require any kind of surgery. It feels extremely sore at this time because of the swelling and fluid which has built up around it but when the swelling goes down the doctor says I should be good to go. ”
