PHOTOS: High Point Motocross 2016

Ken Roczen continued his domination of the 450 class in the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Series with a 1-1 moto performance at High Point Raceway this past weekend. Meanwhile, Joey Savatgy extended his lead to twenty points in the 250 class having an overall win in the 250 course. Here’s a look back at the Higher Point Motocross through the lens associated with Jeff Kardas.

The 250 class kicks off with Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki teammates Adam Cianciarulo (44), Joey Savatgy (37) and Austin tx Forkner (214) battling for the direct with Yamalube/Star Racing Yamaha teammates Jeremy Martin (1) and Cooper Webb (17).

Cianciarulo leads Savatgy within the second 250 moto. Savatgy went on to win the moto whilst Cianciarulo faded.

Savatgy’s 4-1 trumped Zach Osborne’s 1-4 giving the Kawasaki rider the overall win and increasing his lead to 20 points within the battle for the 250 class title.

Austin tx Forkner is starting to make sound in the 250 class and went 5-8 for fifth overall.

In the 2nd 250 moto, Jeremy Martin (pictured) suffered the same fate that his brother and teammate Alex experienced, which was a blown engine. The Yamalube/Star Racing Yamaha rider went 2-33 for ninth.

Autotrader/Monster Energy/Yamaha's Mr. bieber Barcia (51) grabbed the holeshot to start the second moto of the 400 class, but a few laps afterwards Eli Tomac (3) closes in to make the pass.

After dropping out of the Thunder Valley round due to altitude sickness, Jason Anderson roared back using a second overall via 3-3 moto finishes.
